Budzter Coil Spring Adjusters will give your car better 60 foot and 1/4 mile
times and adjustable height. They are manufactured from top quality steel on
CNC precision machinery.
The top plate is made from 1 piece of steel for strength and durability.
The new alignment ridge is 1 full inch high. This is higher than
the OEM ridge. It sits on a small platform machined into the threaded
shaft for more support. The top plate always turns to make adjusting easier.
The bottom plate is also made from one piece of steel for strength and durability.
The bottom of the threaded shaft is made to fit 11/16 inch sockets or wrenches.
The threaded shaft also has holes drilled in to wire tie the adjusters to make sure
they don't move.
This is the best quality adjuster you can buy.
If you want the most traction or height adjustments available for

with the wrench supplied. |
|
Lower control arm with an adjuster and a coil from a 1965 Chev. |
|
|
This style adjuster is for applications that
don't have an opening under the threaded shaft to adjust through. This style adjusts at the top with a wrench that
is included. This application is good for full-sized Chev/Pontiacs around 1965 - 1972.
NOTE: If you install our adjusters
by trimming off your old alignment ridge, your car will sit about 3/4 to 1
inch higher at rest, and then it can be raised about 2 to 3 inches
after that.
NOTE:
If you install our adjusters without
cutting off the old alignment ridge (using the shims instead), then
your car will sit about 1 1/2 inches higher at rest, and then can
go up 2 to 3 inches after that. Using the shims is recommended on
cars that you want to keep original. The only change is you need
to drill 2 small bolt holes that can be filled in if you want to
go back to the original look.
